LIC GRATUITY CLAIM

Hi All,
I had been worked with MNC in finance department for 9 years and resigned in Oct 2006. My gratuity and final settlement has got struck due to short notice period.
I am worried about not getting cleared my Grauity Amount which is 50K.
LIC Has already sent the cheque in Company's TRUST Account.
Now the Company which I had left is not clearing.
What legal action can be take on the company.

Dear Mr. Ketan, Why are you trying to fun of yourself.
Don't you think that you have putted your problem in the different forum and you will never get any response, as this is an humerus forum not a problem sharing one. Put your problem in the correspondence forum, will definitely get responses.
