I Would Like To Rejoin My Ex Company What “would Be The Time Limit”

I quit a leading IT company 7th of march and joined another with of same kind but I really miss my friends the kind of friendly atmosphere that I had in my previous company and I would like to rejoin My Ex company. They have advertised multiple openings which matches my skill set. Can I apply for it. Or what is the time line when a employee who quits an organization can rejoin……. Would any one answer to me plz……

No time limit to rejoin. If the particular company has any set of rules & regulations on this matter, it will be as per those rules.

Any day you can join, subject to the relieving from the existing company where you are working and subject to the rules and regulations of your previous company wrt the left employees.

It is not a matter u join in same company again , but ur reason is only obout ur friends in Ex company, according to my knowledge u please reconsider about this becoz ur Ex management might have slight bad impression and certain issues ur heart will not be accept it , Example: before u join u ask them(management) weather u will consider as same level or else u will be junior to ur friends, Be Practical in ur future, dont play with ur future (time).
Be confident u can create same atmosphere in ur present company ,,,,,,,,,……………. Nothing is impossible

NO TIME LIMIT prescribed in law. If resignation letter is sent and employer accepts it, end of employment. If no decision is made, then they could consider ur continounity in service. If u "re-join" u'll loose the continunity of service.
Same friends can be had even outside employment. Think twice before proceed, Will the erstwhile employer accept you?

It is upto your previous employer, whether to consider your candidature or not. Some employers are allergic to ex-employees.
Some employers have formal policy regarding entertaining ex employee's candidature, mentioning about whom to consider whom not to consider and after what time gap.
Irrespective of policy, any employer has right to accept or reject any candidate.
