Seeking Guidance: How Can I Implement SA8000 Standards in Our Garment Industry?

Hi Friends. I am working as a compliance manager and handle all types of social compliance audits in our industry. Ours is a BSCI, GOTS, WRAP, ISO 9001:2008, FAIR TRADE certified company. Management plans to make the industry SA8000 certified. I don't have any plans on how to implement the standard. Can anyone help me in implementing the SA8000 standard in our company? I want an SA8000 policy manual format. Friends, guide me in this regard.
