IIPS Lucknow-recognised?

Hello,
Can someone please tell me if Indian Institute of Professional Studies (Affiliated to Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad-UP) is recognised by IGNOU or AICTE or any government body?

Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad is not part of AICTE recognition or IGNOU University but itself a Educational instiution for regular and distance learning programmes.

Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradesh is a non commercial voluntary social educational institution with the aims of expansion and promotion of education, publication of scare, unique and newly written literature, pay honour and due promotion to the educationists.
