Hi friends,

I am working as a Manager - P & A with an Instant Coffee manufacturing unit, and I have wide exposure to HR and Personnel Administration in various manufacturing industries in Andhra Pradesh.

HR Policies mean documenting all functional activities for future guidance. These are generally referred to as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), such as Recruitment Policy, Leave Policy, Attendance Policy, Wage Policy, Canteen Policy, etc. It is essential to explain the roles and activities elaborately.

Thank you,
