I am a new member in this forum. I am currently pursuing MBA, specializing in HR. As part of a research study, I needed names of companies which are known to have good employee referral programs.

If you are looking for companies that encourage employee referal . first company that comes to my mind is CISCO SYSTEMS ......If the candidate who has been reffered after the interviews are over and if they think that hes a fit.... and if hes taken on board ... the employee who referred that candidate gets a hefty amount.......
The CISCO was the one popularized the employee referral program .

I tried to search about the employee referral scheme, of these companies on the net....but to no avail. Can anyone provide ne link or article on this....any kind of matter on this would be welcome.
