Seeking Companies with Great Employee Referral Programs for My HR Research Study

I am a new member in this forum. I am currently pursuing an MBA, specializing in HR. As part of a research study, I need names of companies known to have good employee referral programs.

Hi Amrita,

If you are looking for companies that encourage employee referrals, the first company that comes to my mind is CISCO SYSTEMS. If the candidate who has been referred after the interviews is over and if they think that he's a fit, and if he's taken on board, the employee who referred that candidate gets a hefty amount. CISCO was the one that popularized the employee referral program. You can also check out their website.

I tried to search for information about the employee referral scheme of these companies on the internet, but to no avail. Can anyone provide me a link or article on this? Any kind of information on this would be welcome.
