form d is a register required to me maintained as per equal remuneration rules . Basically this register is to ensure equal remuneration for women and men when they are doing equal duties.

Iam employed in a PSU and as far as i am aware, form D pertains to equal remuneration act, wherein you need to record that all men and women employees of the organisation are equally paid under each cadre.
