Documents Required For Registration Under Shop & Establishment Act

Dear sir/madam,
For the Private College is Shops and Establishment License and State Labour Welfare License is required. Help me out. Its required me as because i have appointed as a Human Resource Manager in a Provate College in Siliguri, West Bengal.
