After MBA, is it good to pursue an M.Phil or a Ph.D.?

I would like to extend this discussion. I am an MBA graduate with one year of experience in recruitment. I would be grateful if anybody could suggest what should be my next step in learning. Are there any specialized courses that can be done in recruitment, or should I opt for a Ph.D.?
