I am currently undergoing a training program in a public sector company where I have been tasked with selecting a topic for a project independently. Initially, I chose the topic "Role of Competency Mapping in Effectively Planning Human Resources in the Organization," but my assigned guide informed me that the topic is not very engaging or suitable. As a result, he has requested me to shift my focus to "Job Satisfaction," where I will need to compare the job satisfaction levels within my company with those of employees in another organization.
Could you please advise me on whether my initial topic choice was too vague? Do you think the new topic suggested by my guide would be more interesting and challenging? Additionally, if you have any other HR topics in mind that you believe would be valuable for a project, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions.
