Dear All, please find attached the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act along with schedules to the Act. Thanks for the pleasant contribution. The attached schedule is also applicable for the state of Gujarat because I am working with an establishment covered under the Air Service Office. I want to know whether it is exempted from the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act or not?
