Can you post an Income Tax calculator along with a Form 16 auto-generator in Excel format for the assessment year 2011-12?

This is Mohini, and I am working in an MNC as an Accounts Executive. I need an Income Tax calculator for FY 2010-11 along with Form 16 in Excel format. I saw some formats on CiteHR. Currently, we are calculating PF at 12% on the basic. Could you please help me with a relevant format according to our calculation?
