Navigating PF Transfers: How to Handle State Moves and Trust Transfers?

Dear P K Mishra,

Anyone can clarify if one employee needs to be transferred to another state, where should the filled application form 13 be sent to facilitate the transfer of PF? Additionally, if an employee's PF was managed by a PF trust in their previous company and is now with our company, how can we apply for the transfer from the PF trust to the new company's PF account?

Please provide guidance on these queries.

Procedure to Transfer the PF Amount

Step 1: You can collect Form 13 from your HR/Personnel department of your present employer or download the withdrawal form in Form 13 from the website [EPFO](http://www.epfindia.nic.in).

Step 2: You can fill out all the details about your PF account with the previous employer, the name & address of the previous employer, and sign.

Step 3: You hand over the form in triplicate to your present employer/HR department of the present employer.

In case your ex-employer has a PF trust, you can send the Form 13 directly to the PF trust under a copy to the PF office where your present company's PF is kept. They can send the amount and Form K to them, and then you can get the PF transferred.

I want to know about PF withdrawal. In case a company fails to submit the PF for the last one year, is it possible to withdraw the total PF amount, similar to your date of leaving?
