PF Tranfer Procedures

Anyone can calrify in case pf of one employee has to be tranfer in another state where to be send filled application form 13 to get tranfer of PF secondly one employees pf was in pf trust in earlier company now in our company how we can apply to tranfer from pf trust to new co pf account

Procedure to transfer the pf amount
step.1:You can collect Form 13 from your HR/Personnel department of your present employer (or)download withdrawal form in Form 13 from the website EPFO.
step2: you can fillup all the details about your pf account with previous employer, name & address of the previous employer and SIGN
STEP3: YOU HANDOVER THE FORM IN TRIPLICATE TO YOUR PRESENT EMPLOYER/HR DEPARTMENT OF PRESENT EMPLOYER
In case your ex employer is having pf trust,you can send the form 13 directly to the pf trust under copy to pf office (wherein your present company's pf are kept) as they can send amount and form K to them and thence you can get the pf transfered.

I want to know about pf withdrawal, in case company failure to submit the pf last one year so it is possible to withdrawal total pf like till your dol.

I want to know what forms are use for P F, E S I, Professional Tax & Bonous in H R. And on which dates we want to submit it
