Hello.. Senior pls tell me about the amendment in grauity act regading the maximum grautity amount ten lakhs rupees . When it will be applicable or already applicable . Whether the other terms and condition will be same or any difference.
Enhancement of gratuity from 3.5L to 10L come into force from 24 May 2010. I would like to know from which day of retirement the employee will get the benifit?
More clearly, if a person was retired before 24 May 2010, weather he will get the benifit or not?
