I am doing Ph.d in Occupational Safety Awareness among Contract labour in chemical industries.

First of all let me tell you frankly my understanding about the word " Thesis"...
A thesis statement declares what you believe and what you intend to prove...A strong thesis is provocative; it takes a stand and justifies the discussion you will present...
The following may be helpfull:
1. Safety is a line management responsibility, not only of Safety Professionals...
2. Floating Labour in Construction Industry - Not a barrier in maintaing safety standards....
I am not sure whether the above will suit to your purpose or not... However please let me know your opinion about the both mentioned above...
Also you may get samples of thesis from net...
