I am doing a Ph.D. in Occupational Safety Awareness among contract labor in chemical industries. I need some old theses on occupational safety; they may be from any type of industry. Please share your ideas and information on availability in this regard.

Hi Jai, first of all, let me tell you frankly my understanding about the word "thesis." A thesis statement declares what you believe and what you intend to prove. A strong thesis is provocative; it takes a stand and justifies the discussion you will present.

The following may be helpful:

1. Safety is a line management responsibility, not only of Safety Professionals.
2. Floating Labour in the Construction Industry - Not a barrier in maintaining safety standards.

I am not sure whether the above will suit your purpose or not. However, please let me know your opinion about both mentioned above. Also, you may find samples of theses online.
