What is the qualification of HIGH SKILLED WORKERS according to Labour Laws. In our factory we are paying wages to the workers in the following range:
1. High skilled Workers
2. Skilled Workers
3. Semi Skilled Workers
4. Un-Skilled Workers
Kindly provide me the details on above. If any one is having the govt. circular kindly attached.
