I am looking for KPIs for Finance, Accounts, and Internal Auditors in an FMCG Manufacturing concern. Any help?

Dear Rao,

The best way to define KPI is to know the results of the department. Ask them to convert it into figures. Also, I have attached the KPI theory which I got from CiteHR only. This may help you.
