Confused About Filling Form 19C for PF? Need Help with SRO and Estt. Codes!

Hi, I got to know regarding the filling of Form 19C. In the Form 3A, only the account number is given as AP/HY/53197/725. However, in Form 19, they have asked for the SRO code, Estt. Code number, and Account number. What should be filled in these blocks? Please reply.

Hi SRO CODE, Estt Code, A/C No in your case is SRO CODE: AP/HY EST Code: 53197 Account No: 725 Normally in both Form 3a and Form 19c, you can fill up the entire code: AP/HY/53197/Acno. I think this info will be sufficient. Thanks, S. Koteeswaran
