Legal Issues After Resignation

Hello,
I have almost years of experience in the software indutry in 3 compies. In current compay I resigned 40 days back and by asking the release from company. But they did not send any acceptancy mail. I have sent no. of mails to confirm the date. No response to those mails.
One day before of my release date, company has asked me to prove my first company experience. I have shown all my documents what the documents I have with company.
But they are saying the company is giving false experiences and the experience is fake.
This company has closed almost 1.6 year back. Now no communication available with the company.
I have taken the salary by hand and I did not pay any tax and dont have any PF.
current company is asking me to write a letter to accept the previous experience is fake and then they planneded to give the uncleaned release.
Can you advice any rule is there to get the proper release. If I go legally, how to proceed for that.

Hi Friend, It is quite strange that a company is asking for experience certificate after resignation. This shows their malafied intention. I feel that your company is trying to haress you by giving unclean release. For this please consult proper lawyer and write to the company your case in detail. Hope you have completed the notice period and intimated your resignation to your immediate reporting person along with HR department. In case if you need any further assitance do write .... I just met my lawyer, they are also saying that we can go legally. But it is time consuming. I need to join in new compnay on Jun 2nd.
I heard recently some of the rules introduced like, if any verification required the do before join. Dont do anything after the joining. Is it right?
I contacted my immediate HR, but he is saying that I need the clearance from the background team, else I can not provide any release process. I sent a mail yesterday to all my supervisors and to their supervisors, but no one responded to the mail.
Could you please respond me back with your supporing comments on my employment. This will be very helpful.

i am also in the same position.I have completed 5yrs in a reputed IT company, after my resignation(completed my notice period as well) they asking for Background clearnce.
still i am countering that issue....

Is it clear now. Did you get everything proper. If not, you can file a case in human rights commission. It will be very helpful and they can favour to your side.
Dont have direct right to go labour court or high court.
