Can anyone help with this issue?

I am working in a software company as an HR Executive responsible for over 100 employees. I need assistance with how to process payroll. Please provide me with the procedure for calculations and the format required.

Hi,

For payroll processing, you have to take care of the following:

1. Attendance details of employees with leave details.
2. As per your company rules, you have to calculate leave particulars and arrive at Leave Without Pay.
3. If you are using Excel, you can provide formulas for calculating PF, ESI, and PT.
4. You have to enter the LOP details, and the salary has to be calculated accordingly.
5. If you provide full details, I can guide you.

You can use Tally, which has built-in payroll processing. For small organizations, Excel is good to use efficiently.

There are companies that take care of complete payroll processing and related compliance issues such as PF, ESI, IT, etc. Why don't you outsource this task? It costs much less.
