As anuradha suggest you to go for Diploma in Labour welfare and Labour law you can go for this as this course is only for 1 year.But my suggestion is you should go for LLB it will help you to get a better job with good ctc.

Pls let me know which would be a better option, HR audit or Quality management, for added advantage after MBA HR.
