Seeking Guidance on PeopleSoft HRMS Implementation: What Are the Key Phases and Tasks?

I am looking for the latest knowledge of implementing PeopleSoft HRMS or any HR module. I am overseeing a project where I work with consultants to implement HRMS and need to understand the different tasks involved per phase. If someone has a good knowledge base and documents to share, I would appreciate it if you shared the information with me. This includes things like work plans, key deliverables per phase, and other useful information. Thank you.

What version of PeopleSoft are you rolling out? Is it self-service?

Thank you for your prompt response and your willingness to assist. We have selected PeopleSoft v.8 with Self Service, and our implementation is scheduled to start in October 2005.
