Implementing PeopleSoft HRMS

I am looking for latest knowledge of implementing PeopleSoft HRMS or any HR module. I am overseeing a project where I work with consultants to implement HRMS and need to understand the different tasks involved per phase. If someone has good knowledge base and documents to share I will appreciate if you shared the information with me, things like workplans, key deliverables per phase and other useful information. Thank you.

what version of Peoplesoft are you rolling out - is it self service???
let me know I have done global implementation so I may have some docs I could share with you.

Thanks for your prompt response and your willingness to assist. We have selected PeopleSoft v.8 with Self Service and our implementation is scheduled for a start in October 2005.
