Outsourcing - Outsroucing Company

Hi all,
Our company is into outsourcing... I'm not getting good cvs(according to my reqt) from the portals like naukri and monster. Is there any other portal, where I get good cvs..
I'm sourcing the candidates from the portals, references.. any other way!!

I have posted one more topic in this forum, but I didn't get reply for that.
I want to redesign the appointment letter format in my company. We are using the old formats only.
Can you help me in this regard!!! :(
