Struggling to Find Quality CVs for Outsourcing? Where Else Should I Look?

Hi all,

Our company is into outsourcing. I'm not getting good CVs (according to my requirements) from job portals like Naukri and Monster. Are there any other portals where I can find good CVs? I source candidates from portals, references, and other methods. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the reply. I have posted one more topic in this forum, but I didn't get a reply for that. I want to redesign the appointment letter format in my company. We are using only the old formats.
