I am working with an event mgmt company which has recently been started. it got operational from nov2007. im the only one working in hr.we have no performance appraisal system in place here. we ve our branches in mumbai, bangalore, kolkata etc.
nw i ve to present a performance appraisal system to my boss asap.
I ve no idea abt the appraisal system as im a fresher. can u plz help me .
i want to know how n where do we begin evaluating performance. wat kind of info is required and wat formats would i need. i want a simple appraisal system.
if someone can provide me with a sample syetm, it would be v useful...
