New to HR Consulting: How Do I Draft a Client-Consultancy Recruitment Agreement?

I am an HR Consultant, very new to the organization. I am working in an HR consultancy. I have been asked to prepare an agreement that can be used between the client and consultancy for recruitment purposes. Can someone please help me with this?

Dear Shikruti,

Find attached one model contract. Add/Deduct SLA as per your MOU between you and your company. If you don't have an MoU, then add/deduct SLAs as per your telecon with the concerned persons in client companies.
