Anniversary Gifts For Employees- Any Ideas!! - DOC Download

Dear Friends...
We plan to give our employees anniversary gifts (meaning that all employees who finish a year with us, will get a gift)
Can anyone suggest what can be the nature of gift ( cannot be a gift voucher as the budget is approx Rs. 300).
Please suggest some if you have given the same in your companies..
Gifts like bags, sack, tshirt, watch was already given and hence we are looking for something else.
That which can also help us in branding our company..

Dear Suvarna,
We use to give momentoes to the employees who have completed few years of service with us. You can engrave your company's name on it. It can be of silver/ or any other metal what your budget permits.You can also engrave a few lines for appreciating their efforts. These things help in branding the company as well.

1 - Ceramic Mugs with Company logo
2 - Good pens with Company logo
3 - Movie tickets for 2 (ask the employee to choose the movie)

The best idea of i can think is giving a movie ticket for the couple if he/ she is married.... sending a greeting card at his place for anniversary / birthday... you can even have a small party at your office if your employees are not large in number if large in number celebrating or cutting of cake in that particular department... Hope this will be useful...

Dear Suvarna,
I suggest take a photograph of his/her family and make that print come on a coffee mug with your company logo written as "succesful completion of a year".
This could be different and special which can remembered for many years abouth the company.
This would not cost more than 300 exactly.

Dear Suvarna,
At our Company, we have a policy where we Bring Cake not more than of Rs. 150/- and we give a movie ticket for couple of evening show (ticket not exceeding Rs. 300/-)
You can customize it as per ur copmpany's requirement.

All these gifts are decent and yet within the budget.
