I just have some clarification on to your post. As you have mentioned that "i am not providing proper output to their company" I just want to know whether you have been given your KRA at the time of joining ?
Again what facility did your employees ask you in regards to PF & ESI ? Do be clear and concise for us to give you a proper feedback. Thanks.

If you want to go ahead with long term relationship than Be confident and acknowledge the truth. Org may have process the background verification from last employee. and a negative background verification report will spoil your career.
