i am arafath. i am doing MBA 1st year in NCIM. i like to do the summer project in HR. so kindly sugges me the best topic in HR.

u may go for job analysis, developing HR manual for the organization , or anlysing the job satisfaction level along with occupational stress, psychological participation and performance. an analysis of employment in organization (it includes recruitment,selection,placemant,orientaion )
hope u find it suitable.
could u tell in which company r u planning to do training.

These are all vague topics but when you select a topic be very selective as to what you want to get from your project...
