Privilege Leave Calculation

As per factories act privledge leave is to be given @ 1 day for every 20 days worked.The emphasis is not on working days but on days worked.Therefore the question is that if one is availing casual leave or privilege leave or festival paid holiday should such days of leave be calculated as days worked for the purpose of calculating privilege leave due.

Thats right it should be calculated on the working days leave basis not for any holiday or weekly off prceeding or interviening leave period. Also it depends on the company policy, what the policy defines it also matter alot.
