How to Design an Incentive Plan for a Small HR Team Handling Diverse Roles?

Hi,

Can someone suggest an incentive plan for a 3-member HR Team - 1 Manager and 2 Executives wherein all of them are responsible for recruitments as well as other HR activities? The Manager's incentive should be based more towards closing senior positions, retention, attrition rate, and organizational culture factors, whereas junior resources for closing junior positions and other HR activities.

Dear Anuradha,

You should plan according to the criticality of the closure with regard to positions. Additionally, establish a benchmark for attrition percentages. The incentive figures should be finalized in consultation with your management. Your main task is to analyze which aspects are most critical for each position and adjust accordingly.

Hi,

1. You can plan the sum of the percentage on positions closing and revenue leakage if not closed.
2. You can plan the sum of the percentage upon the arrest of attrition to a certain percentage.
3. Retention-based variables, etc.
