I hope this message find you well. This is Khaled AL Maskari working in Statistics Center, Abu Dhabi as Head of Organization Development. I desperately need help in assessing the behavioral competencies for our staff a which is the tricky one.
I have attached here the Job description as an example the Director of Statistic along with competency requirements ( Desired level and assessment level) . The attached was prepared by consultants before I joined this center . I am not yet convinced and happy with the consultants work in both Job description template where they called it role mandate and the competency requirement .
Therefore , I need your feedback on identify the required competencies and assessment level for statistician starting from entry level to an expert level.
