Need Help with PF Withdrawal: How to Get My Form and Claim My Balance?

Hi,

I was working for HBL Global Pvt. Ltd. (sister concern of HDFC) for one and a half years. I have resigned from the company last month and have not received the PF withdrawal form. Please advise on how to obtain this form and how I can claim my PF balance. My PF A/C number is 102824.

You can get PF withdrawal forms 19 and 10 C from the EPF Office or from the website of EPFO and send them to the employer for onward submission to the PF office. You can submit the form only after two months of leaving your job. Therefore, you may submit accordingly. If the employer is not involved in the process, you can send the forms directly to the EPF Office where your accounts are maintained after getting your signatures on the forms attested by the Manager of your Bank or other persons authorized by the EPF in this regard.
