These days we often hear about Team Building Activities, Outbound, Outdoor Learning etc but what is going to be the next big thing is Team Sport. At Zice teamACT ! we have taken a successful initiative of conducting Team Sport - Corporate Challenger. and have already done it for the organizations like Apollo International, Kelly Services, Morphogenesis, EVS etc. The Details of the program are specified below. In challenger we rediscover skills that don’t require software, a power switch, overtime, battling traffic, deadlines or organizational structures. In Challenger, we are reminded of what is important and what is trifling. We rediscover balance, observation, patience, adaptability, perseverance, movement, rest, playfulness, and breathing—we become whole again.
Team Sport is one of the better ways to encourage and motivate self directive learning.
Giving people the freedom to participate at their level is self-discovery. Outdoor challenges become as easy or as challenging as the participants make it. Treat yourself to a productivity gain, by treating your staff to a rediscovery of their freedom and potential.
