Swathi,
If you are looking for a change then don't worry prepare well for the interview any ways you know the concepts of what has to be done, only thing is you are lacking the prastical exposure, I don't think its a big issue, now holding 1 year exp you can't keep quite.
you can attend the interviews, lets hope for the best.

Hi Swati,
This is a typical problem which is faced by majority of executives around the world.
When an executive steps into a new job, first 3 to 6 months, it is a honeymoon phase. He/She enjoys the job and do everything with a liking.
After a while, it becomes routine. The best way to get out of this, is 'Filling up the Vaccum' existing in your organisation.
As an HR, you must be knowing very well that, 'Responsibilities are not given, they are taken'.
Identify the gray areas in your organisation and try to see whether u can take those roles also. Since that you are working in a developing company with 125 people, all chances that if you can groom yourself and more areas, after a period of 3 or 4 years, you will be in a very responsible position.

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for ur supportive and encouraging words....
Now i'm concentrating much into what i can do in my current organisation and trying to implement whatever i can.. And i'm keep on contacting the management with new ideas what can be done to employees for their motivation and other stuffs... Hope i can do it..
Because employees are contacting me for all their issues, but when the management is not doing to them when i talk in favour of employees sometimes i get frustrated.. but even then i'm keep on talking to the mgmt people trying to convince them.. Before i leave this company i've to do whatever i can for the employees here..

 Hi Swati,
Govind Here from Reliace Communications,
First u need to findout in which field u can excell your self. Suppose if u r good at recruitment u should concentrate on recruitment. Other wise if u r good at MIS concentrate on HR-MIS. So in HR there are different positions like Recruitment/Training and Development/HR Generalist profile/SAP-HR/GR-MIS etc.......So b strict to your profile n go on that....
Please feel free to cal on my cell for any doubts.
