Need help. Can anybody tell me how to prepare an HR policy for a private limited company? Or, while making an HR policy for a Pvt. Ltd. company, which functions of HR should be included compulsorily? Please provide detailed information.

Dear Deepak, Thank you for your reply. I have just joined my new company. We don't have any policy or processes in place. It's a 3D animation institute and 3D filmmaking studio. Right now, we have 11 employees in the Teaching Department and 10 employees in the Studio.
