Can anybody tell me how to prepare a HR Policy for a pvt. ltd. company? or while making a HR Policy for a Pvt. Ltd. company which functions of HR should be included compulsorily?

1.0 Is there any existing policies/processes in place
2.0 Nos of employees,
3.0 Type of industry,

In HR Role all the function are having policies. like Recruitment police, training policy, promotion policy, first you ask your management and get the requirement then post that requirement in this portal then it is very is to get whatever u want.

I have just joined my new company.....
1.we dont have any policy or processes in place.............
2.Its a 3D animation Institute & 3D Film making Studio....
3.Right now we are having 11 employees in Teaching Department & 10 employees in Studio.....
Can u please tell me that how to create a Good HR policy for a Pvt. Ltd. company....
I mean what content should be present in the HR Policy of a PVT. LTD. firm.....
