Seeking Advice on HR Courses: What Should a 2nd-Year MBA Focus On for Training and Development?

Dear All,

Can you please suggest some add-on courses in HR that would be useful to me? I am a 2nd-year MBA student. I am interested in Training and Development and Performance Appraisal as core areas in HR. Also, please let me know how useful SAP is for HR professionals as I have been advised against taking it up by my professor.
