Dear Prof, I hope you are not making a "monkey" out of us—Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!—just a joke. Now, who are the monkeys? The companies or the managers running them? If you read between the lines, then we should not have nicknamed the Australian cricketer, Symonds, a monkey, as the stories imply we Indians are?

Prof, your articles attract me as they are both astute and cerebral, but I once again request it will be easier on the eyes if you change the layout.

Prof. Raj,

I don't understand your posting here. Are you comparing Indians with monkeys? Do you think Indian managers are monkeying around? I feel it is defamatory to Indians.

Prof, what an analogy! Thought-provoking, blended with humor and intelligence. I think our big giant should also provide some demand for the last one.

Hi Professor,

Truly said! Getting a Manager's position has become easy these days. But what gets you to the top is your skill upgradation. We all should make note of it. Why don't you conduct an international/national seminar on Managerial skills in Orissa or somewhere else?
