When a HR develops Policy for His or Her company will there be true learning. A developed Policy is equal to 10 years of implementing the same. Policy Development should be from Scratch and while doing this over a period of 2 months time, I had a purpose in my life. I felt a sense of career accomplishment.
And Policies differ from Company to company with regard to employee strength, Minimum Guarantee, stand in market and Challenges faced. Polices are adopted department wise too. Hence we have a general policy and specific policy. Policies can differ even in sister concerns in the same location.

Hi I am also working in a pharmaceutical company Itoo want some knowledge regarding HR policies in Pharma companies, and as far as Salary formulation is concerned we do have software for that in which I justenter the no. of days and all relevant data and salary and expence for the month is calculated.
