Dear Arindam,

You have prepared a nicely written Employee Handbook. I shall go through it and suggest any necessary additions. Do you have a Key Maintenance Policy or Agreement in place? Sometimes, we need to hand over keys to certain employees for opening and closing the department. Do you require them to sign an Agreement (as many companies do, by taking signatures of the key holder in a register with Security)? How do we legally establish their responsibility?
