How Do I Arrange a Singapore Visa for a One-Day Business Trip from India?

Hello All,

I have to arrange a Singapore visa for one of our employees (from India, Kolkata, to Singapore). He will stay there for one day.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could let me know about the process of how to do it.

Can anybody help me with the format of a covering letter from the company to the employee needed to visit abroad? The employee will visit there to meet the client.
