Seeking Feedback: What Do You Think of My Managerial Style Presentation?

Hi, I have been with this group only for a very short time. I am not an HR professional or a manager. I was reading some of the PowerPoint presentations about management in general. I am attaching a PowerPoint presentation on "What Sort of a Manager Are You?" that I prepared a while ago, modifying what I read from a book by Phil Cosby. I would love to receive your comments on this.

Good presentation, well-structured, and thought-provoking. I am seeing such a useful presentation after a long time. I hope it is not an adaptation from the book!!! We find straight out of the book presentations these days.
