Dear All, Can anybody tell me if Management dosen't want to terminate the person accused of sexual harassment but at the same time want to teach him lesson and permanently get rid of this situations and give justice to victim, then what things can be done?
Like if somebody steals wood in Brick factory, the solution was to unload next lorry of wood truck at that robbers place. This thing made him ashamed of his act and he then stopped stealing from the factory.
You can tell that i am seeking some Gandhigiri type of solution. i want that type of solution with which he will not only in this organisation but elsewhere also will not repeat this act and other employees also get scared and warned against such types of deeds.
