The latest research by Harvard and consultants to fortune 500 companies among others reveals that a high rate of attrition is caused by people who do not know what their deeply embedded life interests are. They also look at the heart and the soul apart from the mind to determine what true "Talent" is because if that is determined correctly, it results in both higher productivity and lower attrition rate.
