Profile of Candidates:
• Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions to clients, including understanding job descriptions, sourcing candidates from job portals and social networking sites, headhunting from other corporations, conducting telephonic interviews, negotiating salaries, and placing candidates.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients for feedback on candidate placements and generate new requirements.
• Coordinate with multinational corporations for business development, new business opportunities, and business tie-ups.
• Create new opportunities to diversify into the recruitment business.
• Conduct surveys, create blogs, and explore opportunities to build the company's brand.
• Coordinate with educational institutes for student placements.
Candidates Profile:
• Completing or completed a Master's/Diploma in HR/Marketing. Candidates from other specializations seeking HR opportunities can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in computers.
• Tech-savvy and open to new ideas.
• Knowledge of working on social networking sites.
• Willing to work under pressure and committed to meeting targets.
• Ready for travel within and outside the city.
