Query - Incentive Policy Cad / Cam Industry - XLS Download

I'm working as an HR Executive in a CAD/CAM (Mechanical Software) company. We are currently in the process of revising our incentive policy for Sales & Support Engineers. I request all of you to please help with your valuable inputs on how to proceed with this. It would be great if I could get an Incentive policy template from a similar industry.
