How Does Your Company Handle Petrol Reimbursement Rates for Employee Travel?

Our employees need to go out for official purposes. We are planning to introduce a petrol reimbursement policy in our company to support this. Could anyone tell me what the per km rate your company is paying for 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers? Also, let me know what formats are used to manage it.

I couldn't see any replies to you in this forum. I, too, posted a similar query a couple of days back, and there has been no sharing of information. Could you please share the rates you ultimately finalized?
