Planning a Fun-Filled Team Outing: What Games and Activities Would You Suggest?

Hi All,

We are planning to have a team outing on the 21st of April for one of the teams in our office. The team size is about 40 associates. We would have this outing at one of the resorts. I would like to know what kind of games I can conduct and how I can keep them engaged the whole day. The event would start at 3.00 PM and go on until about 11.00 PM.

Include a good introduction game and plenty of team-building, communication, and other games tailored to their department, such as creativity. Keep the age group in mind and offer a mix of indoor and outdoor games. Consider including a few indoor games and a variety of outdoor activities. Plan to have a very active outdoor game right after lunch.
