Do you guys think HR fraternity getting enough importance in the organisation??
Are you satisfied with your Job as an HR and think you are getting enough rewards and recognition for the job done or you consider it be a real thankless job??
Does HR has become mere a support function today or is it still a function that supports the organisation from falling??
