This is one question that I often ponder about. Do you guys think HR fraternity is getting enough importance in the organization? Are you satisfied with your job as an HR and do you think you are getting enough rewards and recognition for the job done, or do you consider it to be a real thankless job? Has HR become merely a support function today, or is it still a function that supports the organization from falling? What do you think?
