Need Help Creating HRIS Implementation Questionnaires for My MBA Project!

Hi All,

I'm pursuing my MBA (final year) and presently working on a project on HRIS. As a part of my project work, I need to prepare two kinds of questionnaires for both situations:

1) Pre-implementation of HRIS software in the organization
2) Post-implementation of HRIS software in the same organization

Please help me out ASAP!
