Hi,

This is a very fine tool for assessing player performance. We refer to this as the P-Square activity. It is a wonderful tool that provides very good results for assessing the key performers, as well as the average or below-average performers in the organization.

Hi, thank you for sharing the PPT. However, I am not sure how to utilize it. I have created a similar format in Excel and have added another sheet with skills, potential, development areas, and names of the individuals who should be mapped. Could you please let me know how I can relate both sheets?
